Marko MilutinovićAttorney at law
Marko has been practicing law since 2016, primarily dealing with criminal law, digital
assets, commercial law, and representing parties in litigation proceedings.
He completed
studies for knowledge innovation at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade in the
field of Digital assets law. He is constantly working on improving his knowledge by
following the development of technology and business needs in the IT sector. Marko is
also an arbitrator at UBIK – Croatian Blockchain and Crypto Association, arbitration
institution in the blockchain space for the blockchain space.
He is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association, and e-Development association, speaks
English fluently.
Maja El Sirafi Attorney at law
Maja El Sirafi graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade in 2018, after which she immediately entered the world of legal practice. She did her internship at a renowned law firm in Belgrade, after which she joined the Milutinović Law Firm.
Even as a trainee lawyer, she gained extensive knowledge of law in the area of damages compensation and misdemeanor law, while later she specialized more closely in the areas of labor and family law.
She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association, speaks English fluently.
Sanja Nikolić Associate
Sanja Nikolić graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade in 2022 and than
she entered in law business as a trainee lawyer.
As a trainee lawyer, she acquired knowledge in the field of criminal, civil, commercial, family,
misdemeanor and traffic law.
Speaks English, Spanish and Russian languge.
